At Dingle Crystal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great care to ensure that each piece of crystal is handcrafted to the highest standards. However, if you receive a crystal item that is cracked or damaged in any way, we will gladly replace it.

To initiate a replacement, simply send an email to info@dinglecrystal.ie within 14 days of receiving your order, with a clear photo of the damaged item attached. We will respond promptly to your email and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Please note that due to the nature of mouth-blown crystal, some pieces may have minute bubbles or stones that are not flaws but rather common characteristics of the handcrafted process. These small imperfections do not affect the quality or beauty of the piece and should be considered as part of its unique charm.
