Shipping Carrier:
We use FedEx as our primary shipping carrier. All orders will be shipped via FedEx and a tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is ready to be shipped.
Processing Time:
If the items you ordered are in stock, we will ship them out as soon as possible. However, as all our crystal is handmade to order, there may be times when we need to create your order for you. In such cases, the processing time for your order can take between 5-7 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to create your unique, handmade product.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping option you selected at checkout. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
